Matthew founded KAB Projects and leads the business day to day — strategy, client relationships and making sure every placement is one we’d stand behind. He built the systems the team runs on and still takes the first call from most new clients himself.

Richard runs operations — the processes, systems and compliance that keep candidates moving and clients informed. From onboarding and right-to-work checks to the staff portal and this website, if it needs to work reliably, it sits with Richard.

Samantha looks after administration and marketing — client communications, candidate paperwork and KAB’s presence across LinkedIn and social media. She’s usually the first friendly voice you’ll hear and the one who keeps everyone on track.
